Welcome to our new job submission process for vector and cutpath jobs.

 

It is based upon the solution by industry leaders Zendesk .

The job workflow process is as given below:

 

New customers must register

Registration:

1.     Email us at design_admin@autotexdesigns.com with your details OR

2.     Email us at amit@autotexdesigns.com OR avinashjain@plcdelhi.com with your details

 

You will receive emails from the system support@autotexdesigns.zendesk.com to verify your account and create your own password. Please make sure that you are setup to receive emails from our system and they do not go to your junk folder.

 

 

Registered Customers

Sending routine jobs for technicians:

1.     Login at our website https://autotexdesigns.zendesk.com/access/unauthenticated and submit the job OR

2.     Email the job (from your registered email address) to support@autotexdesigns.zendesk.com OR

3.     Email the job (from your registered email address) to design_admin@autotexdesigns.com

 

The size of the attachments must not exceed approximately 6MB .

 

Sending rework:

1.     You can login at our website and go to the concerned job and give your comments there and resubmit. It will be a continuation of the same job ticket and normally you will not be charged. OR

2.     You can give your comments in reply to the email which you got from our system support@autotexdesigns.zendesk.com This will automatically resubmit the job on the website.

 

Sending jobs needing price quotes:

Sending jobs needing special conditions:

Any customer service issue:

Email any such jobs needing supervisor intervention to

1.     Design_admin@autotexdesigns.com OR

2.     amit@autotexdesigns.com OR

3.     avinashjain@plcdelhi.com

 

Getting jobs back:

1.     Login at our website https://autotexdesigns.zendesk.com/access/unauthenticated and download the files from the link provided at the job ticket OR

2.     Download the files from the link provided in the email sent to you by our system from support@autotexdesigns.zendesk.com

 

The jobs will remain available on the website for 28 days.

 

Invoicing and Payments:

1.     You will receive invoices by email every 2 to 4 weeks. It will contain payment instructions.

2.     You may pay to our PayPal account with your PayPal account or Credit Card, using the links provided in the invoice. You can also pay anytime thru Paypal at www.plcdelhi.com/paymentpaypalamit.html
